Zenith Architects and Engineers is a Kerala-based Construction firm established in the year 2004. We offer Architectural & Structural services and Vaastu Consultation. Our main office is located in Mavelikara, Alappuzha, Kerala. Our focus has been to provide the finest and most comprehensive commercial and residential building construction services in Kerala. Our group has been engaged in designing modern houses and apartments, interior designing projects, repair, renovation contracts, build plans, and building estimation.

VISHNU THAMPI

Associate Creative Director – Vastu Consultant
Mr. Vishnu Thampi, the major backbone of our Zenith Architects and Engineers, was born in 1983 and completed his graduation in the year 2006. Born multi-talented, his fields of interests are designing, sketching, and music. His combined musical and creative passion is reflected in his designs.

Having an experience of 18 years, he has worked in most of the Middle Eastern countries, under the guidance of various well-known architects and engineers during his earlier career stages. During this period, he was involved in various projects like commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, and urban development projects where he could express his innovative approach toward designs and enhance his sensibility towards design, execution, and management. Later, he specialized in various structural and Vastushastra courses to excel in his professional field.

His vision to establish a firm named ZENITH culminated in 2011. As the meaning of the name suggests, “The highest point in the celestial sphere” – his ultimate aim is also to reach the zenith position in his field. Realizing the complexities of the profession and the challenges of creating innovative designs, he decided to contribute his passion and profession to his birthplace – Kerala. Over the past fifteen years of hard work and dedication, he has successfully grown into a strong team of professionals who are dedicated to design excellence, and efficient delivery. Strictly professional and a passionate leader, he guides and tries to upgrade all his co-workers with full dedication. This has resulted in completing a wide range of works spread throughout Kerala, Tamil Nadu and a few locations abroad.

She is a hardworking, diligent, and devoted civil engineer, having an experience of 98 months. She completed her B.E. in Civil Engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering, Chennai in the year 2016.

Chief Architect

She is an imaginative, unique, and visionary architect with an experience of 74 months. She completed her B.Arch. degree from the School of Architecture, Mookambika Technical Campus, Muvattuppuzha, in the year 2019. She has worked as a freelance architect since her fourth year of architecture studies.
